Acting Without Boundaries annual Hero Award Gala recognizes a community leader with a physical disability who creates opportunities, changes perceptions and proves the future is full of possibilities for every person.
We are proud to announce Mike McDevitt is the 11th Annual Hero Award Honoree. Mike has dedicated his career to athletes with disabilities, coaching, competing internationally, and winning a silver medal in shot put at the 1988 Paralympics. As a Team USA coach and founder of North East Fitness, he has spent over 35 years empowering people of all abilities through fitness.
Join us on Wednesday, October 21st at 6pm at Vie by Cescaphe to celebrate Mike and AWB!

AWB relies on volunteers.
The first Sunday of every month volunteers assist our actors at workshops as they learn their lines and rehearse their parts. Our most dedicated volunteers support our actors throughout the year and are a part of the yearly performance. There are opportunities for people who want a creative outlet through set design, props and costume development. Great for early teens, adults and seniors!
